Our sales advocate Jacob Kingan came out and and inspected our roof and walked us through what we needed and what we should do. All our questions were answered in advance and the pre-sale team (Jacob) was thorough and respectful. The quality of the shower materials and hardware exceeded our expectations and the installer (Ritchie) did an incredible job - everything balanced and glued and assembled with precision.
