GIVING BACK

Bo Lacey in the Community

At Bo Lacey, there’s nothing more important to us than giving back to the communities we serve. We’re proud to have roots in Ohio, and we’re fortunate to have families in the community trust us with their home. The areas we serve are diverse, each with their own set of unique needs. We’re proud to support organizations in our area who share our goal of bettering the communities we serve.

School Tote Bag Donation

Local business donates 70 tote bags filled with school supplies to South Central School District

Source: Ashland Source

The South Central Local School district received a generous donation of 70 tote bags filled with school supplies, starting the first week of school back on a high note.

For the past five years, Kim Riggenbach, an independent director at Thirty-One Gifts, has collaborated with local businesses that sponsor bags to donate school supplies to their school of choice. This year, she was delighted after reaching out to Bo Lacey Construction and hearing they would rather choose a school district rather than one school… Read More

Other Area Schools

It takes a village to raise a child, or so the saying goes. The same can be said for building and sustaining schools that excite and enrich young students. Creating learning environments where our next generation of leaders develop the skills they’ll need to make positive change in our world requires a whole community of people — teachers, administrators, students, parents and community members — pitching in both time and resources.

Bo Lacey feels it is important to foster a culture of giving, express our gratitude to our community and make a positive impact on the lives of others and our environment. Each year, in order to help make a difference in the lives of others, we donate our time and collect money and supplies to area schools including Lexington, Willard Athletics, Crawford County Football and the entire South Central school district.

12 Days of Christmas Giveaways

The Season of Giving

Each year, Bo Lacey gives to 12 non-profit organizations and at the end of those 12 days, the organization with the most Facebook likes or comments has the opportunity to win the final monetary prize! Here’s how it works.

While many of us exchange gifts and spend time with our family and friends to celebrate the holidays, there are plenty of people who aren’t as fortunate. The less fortunate may be less able to celebrate. If you want to do some good this year, by donating your time or money, consider supporting a charitable organization the holiday season (or any time of year).

The Special Olympics has events for children and adults of all ages. Sports like basketball, track, swimming, softball and bocce ball are fun for the whole family. Bo Lacey particulary holds the Ashland County Dragons near and dear to their heart.

We were proud to make a very special Cleveland Browns, Joe Thomas football donation to Ashland County Special Olympics for their fundraising auction which yielded $500 for the non-profit organization. See more.
