Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Free Roof Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the state of Ohio, who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Bo Lacey Construction, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, agents, and the immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings) of, and any persons domiciled with such employees, are not eligible. In the case of any question, Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. The roof in question must be due for a replacement or show signs of old age, weathering, or deterioration.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Promotion Period: The Giveaway begins on [Start Date, e.g., “January 1, 2023”] at 12:00:01 a.m. [Time Zone, e.g., “Eastern Time (ET)”] and ends on [End Date, e.g., “July 1, 2023”] at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit https://bolaceyconstruction.com/freeroof/ and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a free roof installation, including labor and materials, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of [Quantity, e.g., “Up to 2,500 sq of the roof”]. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about [Date, e.g., “July 5, 2023”]. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via [Method, e.g., “email” or “phone call”] within [Number, e.g., “48-72”] hours after the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within [2] days of the first attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected, whose determination shall be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any damages that may arise out of participation in the Giveaway in any way or out of the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of a prize. The winner will be required to agree to and sign Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions of construction.

Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by Bo Lacey Construction, LLC, headquartered at 1472 US HWY 42, Mansfield, Ohio 44903 also including office locations in Circleville, Norwalk and Mount Vernon.

General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Bo Lacey Construction, LLC’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Bo Lacey Construction, LLC in its sole discretion.
